Return Policy

Return Policy for Mattresses, Adjustable Bases, Custom Orders and Discontinued or Clearance items.

[This policy does not include pillow tops, pillows, comforters or mattress protectors.]

Your complete satisfaction is always our primary goal and we want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Søvn European Sleep Systems.

However, if after all Comfort Exchange (100 days from receipt of mattress) and Slat Adjustment possibilities have been exhausted, and a period of no more than 30 days after the end of the 100-Day Comfort Exchange period has passed, the customer may be given the option of a refund. Please note: Comfort Exchanges are not possible with the Linden or Children’s model mattresses. As such, only returns within a 10-Day period are available.

With any refund, the following will occur:

  • a minimum 20% restocking fee
  • pick-up & delivery charges will be assessed
  • Original shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.
  • Pillows, mattress protectors, pillow top and bedding items are non-refundable.
  • The item must be returned in like-new condition, with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit.

Return Instructions:

  1. Completely fill out the return form. If you do not fill out the return form it can delay your return credit.
  2. Please return the original invoice. Make a copy of the invoice for your records.
  3. If shipping product, pack items securely. Please wrap the product so it is not damaged in shipment.
  4. All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received. If boxes are required, please contact U-haul or UPS store and purchase a box size that fits your product.
  5. Please remember to get a tracking number for your return package. Søvn European Sleep Systems can not be held responsible for packages that are lost by mail.
  6. If items are picked up by a professional delivery company scheduled by Søvn European Sleep Systems, they will assume responsibility of items and will provide packaging materials, etc. to ensure items are not damaged.

Receiving Credit or Refund:

A credit will be issued in one of two ways, by company check or if financed through Synchrony, a credit to account will be made.

Credit will be applied when product is received and proof can be verified by Søvn European Sleep Systems. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the pickup from the date of your call. Credit on returned items may take up to 30-45 business days.
